Essentially we base ourselves on the operating parameters of the cooling tower and climatic factors, establishing the demand for heat dissipation in the right measure for each moment.
With this, we were able to deliver significant results to our customers, both in reducing water consumption and in electricity consumption.
Each cooling tower has its characteristics and properties, just as each company has its own cooling process for each application, and that is why we carefully analyze each case, offering a tailored solution.
The project
The reduction in electricity and water consumption in cooling towers offered by the AW Group is based on a detailed analysis of the cooling process, among other factors, to maintain a constant chilled water temperature, to the degree necessary for the operation of other machines , in all seasons of the year (spring, summer, autumn and winter). For this we rely on our qualified technical staff and tools for analyzing and processing the data collected in the field, in addition to our software for simulating operating conditions and calculating reduction rates.
This project is not so simple, such as just changing the contact filling or the drop retainer, or as it is common market practice to change the fan increasing the engine power. Often, none of this is necessary, but the client ends up investing unnecessarily, not getting the desired result.
